Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind our bike lights with a limited lifetime warranty, ensuring durability and reliability for years to come.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the product's lifetime, including issues with the light housing, LED components, switches, and internal circuitry. If your light fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
However, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as cables and mounts; accidental damage or misuse, including drops and water damage; batteries, chargers, and other consumable components. Altering or tampering with the product voids this warranty.
Claim Process for Limited Lifetime Warranty:
If you have an issue with your light, email support@reapergear.ca to start the claim process. Please provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos for clarity
Once approved, we’ll repair or replace your product and cover return shipping.
We also offer a one-time ‘Crash Policy’ subscription for $30/year, which covers one full year and protects against anything not included in the limited lifetime warranty. If your light is damaged in a crash, we’ll replace it for free. This policy is available to customers who subscribe within 90 days of purchasing their light.
Claim Process for Crash Policy:
- Contact support within 7 days of the crash.
- Provide proof of damage (e.g., photos, police report).
- We’ll send a replacement at no cost once verified.
You can cancel anytime, with the subscription renewing automatically each year unless cancelled
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner. It covers manufacturing defects and excludes damage from wear, accidents, or misuse. Replacement parts may be refurbished or new, at our discretion.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Your Satisfaction is Our Priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, we’ve made returns simple and hassle-free.
Simple 30-Day Returns – No Questions Asked
- Return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- No restocking fees, no store credits—just a refund.
- All items must be returned in their original condition.
Please note that shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Return Process:
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@reapergear.ca.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
